By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following returns and exchanges policy and terms:<\/p>

  • All products offered on Avloon are curated by the store's management. We can also source your special requests from US websites \u2014 just message us on WhatsApp with the links to the items you'd like.<\/li>
  • The shipping time stated after you complete your order is a maximum of 8 to 14 business days. Shipping takes place on business days, excluding holidays, and the timeframe depends on the shipping carriers and the websites the items are ordered from; we cannot be held responsible for any delay that may affect orders.<\/li>
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted only when the product has a manufacturing defect. The return request must be submitted within 24 hours of the date you receive your order, and the product must be unused, in its original condition and complete with its accessories.<\/li>
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos for us showing the defect, notify the shipping carrier as soon as you receive it, then let us know. If the fault is a manufacturing defect, we will contact the company the item was ordered from.<\/li>
  • The refund will be issued once the returned order reaches us and its condition has been verified; your bank may apply a fee to refunded amounts.<\/li>
  • Return requests are submitted to us via WhatsApp, Instagram or by email at support@Avloon.com.<\/li><\/ul>

    Important notes:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

    • The exchange, return and cancellation policy does not apply to special orders or to products we source specifically for you (such as electronics and special orders).<\/li>
    • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.<\/li>
    • Shipping and return fees apply if a shipment is returned to our warehouse because the customer did not receive it.<\/li>
    • The customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of payment, provided the order is still under review. A cancellation fee of 3% of the refunded amount may apply, covering the payment processing fees for mada, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard; for Tamara, the fee is 6.99% of the product value.<\/li>
