Product Availability

• Every product on display is carefully selected by the Avloon team.

• We can source special requests from US stores when you send us the product links on WhatsApp.

Charging

• Estimated shipping time: 6 to 12 business days at most.

• Public holidays are excluded.

• Delivery time depends on the carrier and the supplying store, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by them.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective from the manufacturer.

• The request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and complete with all accessories.

1. Take clear photos of the product and the defect.

2. Notify the carrier immediately upon receipt.

3. Send us the photos and details.

Once verified, we contact the supplier and refund the amount, less the payment gateway fees based on the order value.

Important Notes

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

• A fee of 5% – 6% is deducted for payment gateway charges (mada – Apple Pay – Visa – Mastercard – Tamara) upon cancellation or return.
