Product Details
Creality Pika Scanner is a palm-sized 3D scanner weighing 260 g that turns the parts and figures around you into editable 3D models, which you export as STL, OBJ, PLY and ASC for printing or modeling. It combines two types of light in one device: 7 blue laser lines with accuracy up to 0.03 mm to capture the finest detail, and near-infrared (NIR) structured light for scanning large objects and people in their true colors. It has a built-in touchscreen and two swappable batteries, and connects to your phone or computer over Wi-Fi 6, or by cable to a computer or Android phone, making the Creality Pika scanner a great fit for 3D printing hobbyists, figure makers and designers.

FAQs
Does the scanner work on its own, or does it need a phone or computer?
It works connected to a phone, tablet or computer running CrealityScan, rather than scanning on its own. From its built-in screen you set up and follow the scan while holding the scanner in your hand.
Will it work with my phone?
On Android, you need a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor or higher with Android 10 or later and at least 8GB of memory, and Samsung models with Exynos processors aren't supported, so check your phone's processor before ordering. On iPhone, you need an A15 chip or later with at least 6GB of memory (such as iPhone 14 and newer), and it connects wirelessly once you give the CrealityScan app “Local Network” permission. In wireless mode, your phone joins a Wi-Fi network created by the scanner, which has no internet, so your phone's Wi-Fi internet pauses during scanning, and some phones keep you online over mobile data. One device connects to the scanner at a time, and when connecting wirelessly to a computer, it's best to keep the scanner within 3 meters of it.
What's the difference between using it with a phone and with a computer?
A phone gives you freedom of movement for scanning away from the desk and scanning people, at up to 40 FPS with the blue laser and 20 FPS in NIR mode. A computer raises that to up to 110 FPS with the blue laser and 30 FPS in NIR mode, unlocks the AI tools, and enables markerless blue-laser scanning over cable with CrealityScan 4.3.0 or later. These are maximum speeds reached with the recommended devices in the specifications table.
Do I need scanning spray or reflective markers?
Creality states that it scans black and metallic objects without spray. Dark, shiny or smooth featureless parts may need reflective markers, and those are included in the box along with the marker towers and turntable, so you don't need to buy extra scanning accessories to get started; all you need is a 5V / 3A USB-C power adapter and a compatible phone or computer.
What powers it, and does it need a power converter?
It doesn't need a voltage converter; it runs on its battery, which charges through the USB-C port, and Creality recommends a 5V / 3A wall power adapter (not included in the box, and easy to find in Saudi Arabia). The battery fully charges in about 1.5 hours inside the device, or about 2.5 hours on its own through its dedicated port. The battery ships with a low charge, so connect it to the power adapter for at least 30 minutes before first use, and always keep a battery installed, since the scanner draws its power from it even on cable.
What's the difference between the blue laser and NIR light?
The blue laser is for fine detail on small parts and figures with accuracy up to 0.03 mm, and NIR light is for large objects and scanning people with a working distance up to 1,000 mm while capturing color, so you choose between them based on the part you're scanning.
Why choose the Pika scanner from Avloon?
Because the Creality Pika scanner brings the precision of the blue laser and the flexibility of NIR light together in a palm-sized device, and comes with the essential scanning accessories in the box: the calibration board, tripod, turntable, reflective markers and a spare battery. Before ordering, match your phone or computer against the requirements in the specifications table for the best performance. Order it now from Avloon and turn the parts around you into 3D models you can edit and print.
