Product Details
Creality Sermoon P1S is an all-in-one handheld 3D scanner from Creality that scans your part, processes it and shows it on its own screen without a computer, thanks to an octa-core Qualcomm processor, 16GB of memory and a built-in 6-inch touchscreen. The Creality Sermoon P1S scanner combines a blue laser with 34 cross lines, 7 parallel lines and a single line with near-infrared (NIR) structured light, reaching accuracy up to 0.02 mm with the blue laser and 0.075 mm with NIR light, so it scans everything from a 5 mm part to objects up to 4 meters long. A practical choice for reverse engineering, car customization, digital design and 3D printing.
Sermoon P1S Scanner Highlights
- Scanning and processing on the device, no computer needed: an octa-core Qualcomm processor up to 3.36 GHz and 16GB of memory, and you bring in a computer to export the model to other software and for markerless scanning.
- Four light patterns in one device: 34 blue laser cross lines for large areas, 7 parallel lines for fine detail, a single line for holes and recesses, and NIR light for faces and bodies.
- Precise measurements for reverse engineering: accuracy up to 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m with the blue laser (under lab conditions).
- Flexible with three working modes: standalone at up to 60 FPS, wireless with a computer over Wi‑Fi 7, or wired over USB 3.0 at up to 100 FPS (with the blue laser, depending on the part and the computer's specs).
- Watch the scan in real time on a 6-inch HD touchscreen in standalone mode, and complete merging, alignment, meshing and model coloring right on it.
- Less need for scanning spray: the blue laser captures many dark and metallic surfaces, and for very black or very shiny parts, a light coat of spray does the job.
- Outdoor scanning in shaded and semi-open spaces: the blue laser up to 110,000 lux, and NIR light up to 80,000 lux with the two included NIR filters, at operating temperatures up to 40°C.
- Swap the battery and keep scanning: two swappable 3,300 mAh batteries, each lasting about 2 hours, recharge quickly with a PD3.0 charger.
- From small 5 mm parts to large objects up to 4 meters, all in one device.

FAQs
Does the scanner need a computer to work?
Not for scanning and processing: it scans your part and processes it on the device itself (merging, alignment, meshing and coloring). To move the model into slicing or design software, connect it to a computer by cable or through the device's hotspot, import the project into CrealityScan and export it. A computer also unlocks markerless scanning with the blue laser (by cable only) and a higher frame rate of up to 100 FPS with the blue laser over cable on a computer with the recommended specs, and it's the better choice for processing very large projects.
Is the charger included? And does it work on Saudi power?
The charger isn't included; the box has a 2 m USB 3.0 cable with Type‑C on both ends that connects the device to a charger and to a computer, and Creality recommends a USB‑C charger supporting PD3.0 rated 30W or more. And yes, it works in Saudi Arabia with no voltage converter, because the device runs on its battery and connects to the charger only through its USB‑C port; just choose a charger with a plug that fits Saudi outlets.
Does it scan black and shiny surfaces without spray?
The blue laser reduces the need for scanning spray on many dark and metallic surfaces. For very black or very shiny parts, use a suitable amount of scanning spray, and transparent and semi-transparent objects always need it.
Does it work outdoors and in daylight?
Yes, in shaded and semi-open spaces within the official lighting limits: the blue laser up to 110,000 lux, and NIR light up to 80,000 lux once the two included NIR filters are fitted on the scanning cameras (50,000 lux without them). The operating temperature goes up to 40°C, so pick a shaded spot and avoid direct midday sun in summer.
Which formats does it export? And are they suitable for 3D printing?
You export the model from CrealityScan on the computer as STL, 3MF, OBJ, PLY or ASC, so you can prepare an STL file for printing in your slicer, or import the file into reverse-engineering software such as QuickSurface and Geomagic Design X. It doesn't export STEP/STP directly, so to get a CAD model you rebuild it in that software. CrealityScan is available for Windows and macOS.
Does it need the internet?
Scanning doesn't need the internet. The first setup includes a network connection and device activation step, and a connection is also needed when updating the device's system.
Why choose the Creality Sermoon P1S from Avloon?
Because it brings scanning, processing and a screen together in one device you carry to the part wherever it is, in the workshop, on site or in the office, and then you move your model to the computer to prepare it for 3D printing or build your design on it. If you have a question before ordering, message us. Order the Creality Sermoon P1S scanner from Avloon now and start turning your parts into digital models with accuracy up to 0.02 mm using the blue laser.
